Backflow Base / Tester certification / New Jersey

Backflow tester certification in New Jersey.

NJDEP does not certify testers itself. It approves outside certifying agencies under N.J.A.C. 7:10-10.8, and you get certified through one of them. The state building code (DCA) says a tester needs certification from an agency NJDEP recognizes.
